Resolved Question: I heard a rumor that a country singer lives here?

I was driving down hwy 105 with my grandfather, who lives near there, and he pointed out a large house with a LOT of land around it. He said he heard that "one of these famous country singer people lives here." But he doesn't remember who it was. It's on highway 105 in Beaumont.
