BEAUMONT - A man who robbed Prosperity Bank off the Eastex Freeway near Parkdale Mall Wednesday fits the description of a suspect the F.B.I. only Tuesday identified as John "Steven" Stark, a man federal agents are calling the "tall, dark and handsome bandit" who struck another Beaumont bank January 30 and a Houston bank February 2....
